All Prostage products are covered by the official warranty provided by the respective authorized distributor.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase from the Prostage store and upon presentation of the valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

In all cases, for products sent for repair—whether under warranty or not—the shipping costs to and from Prostage are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is no longer under warranty, any repairs performed will be carried out exclusively at the customer’s responsibility and expense.
