ORDER SHIPPING – PAYMENT

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

The products will be shipped to the address you selected during the ordering process. 

Orders within Greece are shipped via our partner courier company, ACS.

PAYMENT METHODS

A. Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Payment upon receipt of your order. When the courier arrives at your location to deliver your products, you pay the total amount of your order. The cost for the Cash on Delivery service is three euros (€3.00). 

According to the General Secretariat for Infrastructure (GGDE), Cash on Delivery is supported for orders up to €500.

B. Payment by Credit or Debit Card 

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top-tier online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Let's Encrypt, Inc.), ensuring a secure transaction environment similar to that used by more than 500 of the world’s largest companies.

Card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) are entered in the secure environment of Piraeus Bank, supported by 3D Secure technology. The website www.prostage.gr does not, in any way, receive or store your card details. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of www.prostage.gr.

Note: Receipts or invoices for payments made by credit card will be issued in the name of the cardholder. Otherwise, the completion and shipping of the order will not be possible.

C. Payment via Bank Transfer 

You can make a payment to one of www.prostage.gr’s bank accounts at no additional cost. After placing your order, the deposit must be completed within 2 working days; otherwise, the order will be cancelled and the products will be released.
