Product Returns
For all return cases mentioned below, please note that no product returns will be accepted without prior communication with Prostage, either by phone at +30 210 2130405-6, or via email at [email protected].
Return Due to Company Error
You have the right to return products and request a replacement in all cases where the delivered items differ materially or entirely from what you ordered, due to Prostage’s proven fault.
Product Exchange
You have the right to return products and request an exchange with another product (or products) of equal value, or of greater value with an additional charge, within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt.
Voluntary Return (Right of Withdrawal)
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, this must be done within 14 days, in accordance with Article 5(10) of Law 2251/1994. The product:
Must not have been used, and
Must be returned with all accompanying documents that confirm the transaction (e.g., delivery note, retail receipt, etc.).
The product must be in perfect condition, exactly as received (sealed, unopened, and unused under any circumstances).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Prostage.
General Return Conditions
In all cases, returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 20 working days from the date Prostage receives the returned product(s).
Upon Delivery Check
We kindly ask you to carefully inspect the product upon delivery. In the event of a wrong item being sent, please return it to us and we will ship the correct item at no extra charge to you.
Defective Products
In the case of a defective product, please contact Prostage’s customer service department.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before completing your order: During the online ordering process, you can go back and remove items from your cart by clicking the “Delete” button.
After completing your order but before shipment: If your order has been submitted but not yet shipped, you may cancel it using the order number provided in the confirmation email sent by our system.
Please note: An order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched. Once the shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
After receiving the product: If you still wish to cancel your order after receiving the product, please call us at +30 210 2130405-6 or contact us via the website’s contact form.
Provide the reason for the cancellation request, and a member of our team will assist you and inform you of all available options.
Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed by our supplier
In order to offer competitive prices, we work with a wide network of domestic and international suppliers. Occasionally, a shipment to us may be delayed due to customs clearance or transportation issues, resulting in temporary unavailability in our warehouse.
In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to receive the rest of your order without the delayed item, or be offered an alternative product.
The delayed item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
The product has been discontinued and is no longer available
If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you immediately to provide you with alternative options.
Extreme weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events
These may impact transportation and delivery times beyond our control.
Inability to contact you
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., product availability or payment processing), and we are unable to reach you by phone or email—possibly due to incorrect or outdated contact details—your order may be delayed until communication is established.
Price & Transaction Modifications
The Prostage online store reserves the right to modify or update its terms and conditions.
The prices listed in the product catalogs include VAT. Prostage reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
