Express Delivery – Courier

As a rule, product shipments are sent to the address you have provided via Express Delivery – Courier (ACS).

The shipping time for the order will not exceed 3 working days.

The delivery time of the order largely depends on whether the area in question (city or island) is classified as remote, as well as on prevailing weather conditions.

Freight Carrier

Heavy and bulky items weighing over 20 kilograms or with large volume destined for areas outside the Attica basin are shipped via Freight Transport Agencies in order to reduce shipping costs.

Shipping Costs Within Greece

Attica Basin (Greater Athens Area)

For orders over €50.00 and up to 2 kg in weight or volumetric weight, shipping is free.

For orders up to €49.99 and up to 2 kg in weight or volumetric weight, the shipping cost is €2.

Nationwide (excluding the Attica Basin)

For orders up to €49.99 and up to 2 kg: €2

For orders up to €49.99 and from 2 kg to 4 kg: €5

For orders up to €49.99 and from 4 kg to 6 kg: €7

For orders up to €49.99 and from 6 kg to 8 kg: €10

For orders up to €49.99 and from 8 kg to 12 kg: €15

For orders up to €49.99 and from 12 kg to 15 kg: €20

For orders up to €49.99 and from 15 kg to 20 kg: €25

Heavy & Bulky Shipments

Heavy and bulky items over 20 kg in weight or volumetric weight, with delivery addresses outside the Greater Athens Area, are shipped via Freight Transport Agencies in order to reduce shipping costs.

In such cases, prior communication with Prostage is required.

For shipments handled by Freight Transport Agencies, orders are processed only after full prepayment (Cash on Delivery is not supported).

Please note that the above-mentioned shipping costs apply only to deliveries within Greece and do not apply to international orders.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) incur an additional charge of €3.00.

Delivery Time

Provided that you have correctly and fully entered the shipping address details, the order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Once your order is handed over to the courier company, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. Using this number, you can track the status of your shipment via the courier’s website:

The final delivery time depends largely on: 

Whether the delivery area is classified as remote (city or island),

Weather conditions, and 

Any extraordinary events (e.g. strikes, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances).
