Our website, www.prostage.gr, strictly adheres to the principles of personal data protection as provided by international and European law governing issues related to e-commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003), as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates matters related to distance sales, and the relevant provisions of Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997) regarding the protection of the individual and personal data, as amended by decisions of the President of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000, and European law Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC.

In order for any transaction to take place through the online store and for an order of the company’s products to be completed, the customer will be asked to provide certain personal information.

Credit card details used by customers are NOT STORED on the online store’s platform.
The online store cooperates with courier service companies for the handling and delivery of electronic orders to its customers.
Courier Service Providers and Use of Personal Data
Courier service providers have access to customer order personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper operation of their services.
They are obligated to use this personal data in accordance with the present Privacy Policy and the personal data protection laws under Greek legislation.
The online store uses the customer information submitted during the ordering process so that its staff can contact the customer regarding:
