The Audio-Technica ATW-3255 is a professional UHF wireless In-Ear Monitor System designed for stable and reliable wireless stereo audio transmission in live performances, concerts, theatre productions and broadcast applications. It offers an operating range of up to 90 m in an open-field environment without interfering signals, a dynamic range of more than 90 dB and 75 dB stereo separation.
The system features an IEM transmitter with two XLR inputs, two 6.3 mm TRS outputs and a 100BASE-T RJ-45 network port, while RF output power can be switched between 10 and 50 mW. It supports up to 49 simultaneous channels per frequency band and provides EQ and attenuation functions on the receiver for flexible sound adjustment.
The compact receiver operates on two AA batteries and provides 4–6 hours of battery life with alkaline batteries. ATH-E40 in-ear headphones are included for immediate use of the system.
