The Audio-Technica PRO49QL is a cardioid condenser gooseneck microphone designed for installation in conference systems, meeting rooms, speech applications, houses of worship and other demanding sound reinforcement environments where clear and intelligible voice reproduction is required.
Its dual flexible gooseneck design allows precise and quiet positioning of the microphone, while the cardioid polar pattern helps reduce sound pickup from the rear and contributes to feedback control.
The PRO49QL features self-contained electronics and an integral 3-pin XLRM quick-mount connector at the base, allowing direct connection to a standard XLRF surface connector or microphone cable. It operates on 9–52V DC phantom power and offers a smooth 70 Hz–16 kHz frequency response.
An AT8146 foam windscreen is included.
