The Mackie Thrash12v2 is a powerful 12" powered PA loudspeaker designed to deliver high output, clear and dynamic sound, and versatility for live performances, DJ sets, events, and monitoring applications. Featuring a 1300W amplifier, 12" woofer, and 1" tweeter, it combines high performance with a rugged construction and the straightforward operation that defines the Thrash series.
It features four Voicing Modes - Flat, DJ, Live, and Wedge, allowing you to quickly adapt the sound character to suit different applications. Flat Mode provides a neutral response, DJ Mode boosts the lows and highs for a more powerful and energetic sound, Live Mode is optimized for vocals and speech, while Wedge Mode emphasizes the midrange when the speaker is used as a monitor.
For greater convenience in live applications, the built-in Feedback Eliminator detects and reduces unwanted microphone feedback, helping maintain clean and stable sound. With a simple press of a button, the function is activated and the Thrash12v2 takes care of reducing the annoying feedback squeal.
Connectivity includes an XLR/TRS combo input for microphones or instruments, as well as Bluetooth® for wireless music streaming from a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. The ability to wirelessly link two speakers allows you to create a stereo or dual mono setup, while the XLR Mix Output carries both the Bluetooth signal and connected inputs for easy system expansion.
The Thrash12v2 is built for demanding use, featuring a rugged enclosure, protective metal grille, built-in handles, and a speaker pole mount with a tightening screw. The 1300W amplifier also incorporates an overload limiter, helping protect the system when operating at high output levels.
