The Denon DJ PRIME 4 G2 is an advanced 4-channel standalone DJ system designed for DJs who want complete control, instant access to creative performance tools, and the freedom to shape every moment of their set without relying on a laptop. Building on the philosophy and versatility of the original PRIME 4, the G2 introduces significant enhancements to performance control, processing power, Stems, FX, lighting, and music library management.
At the heart of the PRIME 4 G2 are 16 MPCe performance pads, combining velocity and pressure sensitivity with 3D sensing technology. Their multi-zone design allows each pad to accommodate multiple functions and parameters simultaneously, providing an expanded level of expression for Hot Cues, Stems, Rolls, FX, lighting, and other performance features.
The two full-size 8" jog wheels feature dynamic high-resolution displays, providing immediate visual information about the track and Stems while you perform. Combined with redesigned premium channel faders and an enhanced workflow, they deliver precise and responsive control over every transition, blend, and cue point.
One of the key features of the PRIME 4 G2 is its onboard Stems rendering, allowing you to separate essential musical elements directly from the system. Dedicated Instrumental and Acapella controls, dedicated Stems pad modes, Stem FX, and Stem Level EQ give you multiple creative ways to isolate and combine vocals, instrumental parts, and other elements of your tracks while performing.
The redesigned FX workflow provides multiple ways to creatively manipulate your sound. Two assignable FX toggle switches, Favorite FX buttons, Sweep FX knobs on each channel, Touch FX, Fader FX, Microphone FX, and Stem FX allow you to integrate effects quickly and naturally into the flow of your performance.
Thanks to its OmniSource architecture, the PRIME 4 G2 offers extensive flexibility when it comes to playback sources. You can use USB drives, SD cards, and an optional internal SATA drive, while also switching to compatible DJ software such as Serato DJ Pro, Algoriddim djay, and VirtualDJ. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth additionally provide access to streaming services and Bluetooth audio devices, giving you even more options for music playback and handling requests.
Music library management is made faster and more intuitive with dedicated Playlist Bank buttons, a multi-function navigation encoder, and enhanced library navigation tools. This allows you to find tracks, switch sources, and move between playlists quickly, without interrupting the flow of your performance.
The PRIME 4 G2 also functions as a comprehensive DJ lighting control system, eliminating the need for external hardware for basic DMX control. Its built-in isolated 3-pin DMX output and Engine Lighting provide direct control of compatible lighting systems, while Lighting MPCe Pad Mode gives you hands-on control over parameters such as color, position, strobe, intensity, Auto Loops, and Static Looks. Smart lighting systems such as Philips Hue and Nanoleaf are also supported.
The performance experience is completed by a 10.1" HD multi-touch display with a 1280 × 800 resolution, providing immediate visual feedback and intuitive access to browsing, FX, lighting, and mix management tools. An 8-core ARM processor and 4 GB of RAM provide increased processing power for faster library navigation, onboard Stems rendering, and smoother overall operation.
The high-quality audio architecture is built around an ESS ES9017S 32-bit DAC, delivering up to 119 dB of dynamic range through the balanced outputs and exceptionally low THD+N. Balanced Main, Booth, and Zone XLR outputs provide flexible connectivity for different sound systems and professional event setups.
With four standalone decks, advanced Stems and FX capabilities, integrated lighting control, multiple media and streaming options, and an extensive range of performance tools, the Denon DJ PRIME 4 G2 is a complete performance hub for club sets, events, parties, weddings, festivals, and mobile DJ applications.
